  5. For the person who requested brownie recipes here is my Mom's recipe:

  7. Brownies
  8.  
  9. Melt 1 cube butter
  10. Remove from heat and stir in 2 heaping T. cocoa till smooth.
  11. Set aside.
  12.  
  13. Beat 2 eggs till thick.  
  14. Add 1 c. sugar  (3/4 c. is enough if you're cutting down on sugar)
  15. Add chocolate mixture and mix till smooth.
  16. Add 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. unsifted flour.  Mix only till blended.
  17. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
